Yoga conjures up a myriad of thoughts, images and reactions, depending on the style and philosophy of the practice and the vision of the teacher.  Over the years, I have created my own style of teaching yoga.

I see yoga as an opportunity for you to enter the sacred space within yourself.

You can, with my guidance, tap into places and spaces unknown or forgotten.  You learn to release, unwind and expand into this space and honor what you discover.  I guide you to breathe into the spaces that are constricted and inflexible – tight hips, clenched jaws, restricted shoulders and hamstrings.  With each bit of tension released, you grow a little more spacious and regain flexibility.  With practice, you feel more comfortable in your body.  Yoga invites you to be at home in your body – to come home to yourself.

I also have a few time slots remaining for private yoga sessions. My clients and I are loving this time to dive deep and unravel stress, habits and doubts.
